Although there is not much Microsoft can do about this particular security breach mentioned, it highlights the importance of having a multi-layered cybersecurity strategy.
It should serve as a reminder to our community that if a large company like Microsoft can experience a breach, then Small-Medium-Businesses (SMBs) are more vulnerable to attacks. Considering SMB’s make up nearly half of all breaches, they are highly at risk.
